Built in the 13th century, this castle has among the best situated strategic advantage(s) I have ever seen. This is likely why it has been referred to as the "King of Czech Castles"
On a one-way in one-way out raised peninsula, the castle is about a 10 minute walk from the outer edge of a small village. It overlooks two colorful rivers with warm water - temperature in June, 21C.
Apparently the castle has its own ghost,
(We didn't run into the ghost, but in previous decades it inspired historically famous artists to paint inside the building)
